Who and Why
I'm Corina, helping guide and coach women to become their Highest healthiest selves. As a womban and Mother to a beautiful babygirl, learning to embrace and love all sides of womanhood has been a beautiful roller coaster. Through the ups and downs we all go through in life, the mantra "Flowing and Growing" has been an anchor to remind me that, just like the ocean, the waves will continue to flow, and we must continue to grow. My intention is to spread as much love, knowledge, awareness, and movement as we can through this amazing community. Not just for Us, but for our babies, the collective, and the generations to come.
